Profile: Kaede

Description: Kaede is a seasonal fairy. She is a member of the Seelie court - a trooping fairy, and a small fairy. A type of ancient forest fairy, during the autumn, she uses her magic to tinge everything with red, gold, and purple light. Her wings change with the seasons like the leaves. A pale green in spring, darkening through the summer, and going red-gold in the autumn. She sheds her wings every winter only to regrow them anew in the spring.
