The Big Arrival of Several Little Ones (Jan. 20, 2011)

I fell for the smug little smile of the 5StarDoll Tong Tong and decided to get him as my little Japanese demon Nage. I figured it would be later in the spring, unless he wound up in stock at DDE or MoC, then I might get him sooner. Well, DDE had a girl one in stock. Figuring it wasn't likely but that it didn't hurt to ask, I inquired if it might be possible if I could possible get the Tong on a boy body instead. Turns out, it was possible!

Well, Akiko and I had made plans on getting ourself a pair of puki to start building up our Steampunk Airship Pirate crew, a Puki Lily and a Puki Sugar. I had hoped to get the Sugar for Akiko as a holiday present, but my few attempts at a DoA market place purchase didn't work out, the FairyLand Winter Event wasn't of interest, and DDE hadn't had them in stock. We figured we'd see what happened later this year. Well, since I was already making an order from DDE for the Tong, I gave the site a brief glance over just in case, and what do you know, over night, the Lily and Sugar had both come in stock! So the two puki got added to my order, and a few days later, the three little ones arrived :)

5StarDolls sends their dolls with a free (random) wig. His wig was a black one (great for a Japanese demon!) though this particular one is a little too feminine for him.

And luckily, Rin had gotten a set of outfits (gifted from Akiko) and the black one works fabulously on my new little boy.

OMG, he can sit in ZAZEN! I've never had a doll I could pose on their knees convincingly!

Romeo jumped into the box. It was so adorable, and this picture, being a still, does not capture his adorableness very well!

New wigs for my dragon babies. The white is the Dollzone Luna wig. It doesn't seem like much in person, but it photographs well on her. The shaggy on Shoshi has the right look I want for him, though it needs a few stiches since it's a smidgeon too big.

Dressed up and ready for an adventure. Ok, I'm not sure if Akiko wants this wig on the Sugar, and the dress is one that Fi has been wearing (but considering Fi stole Unagi's wig and eyes for a little while, it's time for a little karmic payback). I am so loving the caramel mushroom set on my little Lily.
